saturday was the big one. cristi and john's wedding party.
what an event! of course the silver lining to the whole thing was seeing my two bestest come up from florida for it (anna and suzie). having everyone together was great and that really is an event worth celebrating in itself. i don't think anybody enjoys the get togethers as much as i do and saturday was no different. also, met some friendly people at the weddding as well which is always refreshing.
but, GODDAMN does the crew know how to party!
i didn't drink that much but, i more than made up for it dancing with the ladies and at one point when ben made it rain with the dollars while we were dancing. PRICELESS!
oh yes, and once again i wound up on a dancefloor with a money half sticking out of my pants.
still,i was amazed how wild everyone else was considering the endurance (this thing went from 6pm to 4am by my estimation), the heat and the drinks. some of the gang understandibly passed out but, most pressed on! what a great night! we partied like the romans did! minus the orgies. i am still deliberating if that is a good or bad thing LOL....nevertheless. it was great to see everyone!
man three straight days of staying out late (also went to nc-17 w/ regen on thursday night and went and saw B&K @ Q's friday night) and partying this weekend really wasted me by sunday.
but, it was all well worth it!
tym's wedding is this weekend & i was invited to b-day party in the city on saturday night for my buddy sarah. i don't know how the hell i'm going to survive this one. LOL |

the rangers have been outstanding and have done a fabulous job so far in their series versus the devils. they should be commended.
it still pains me to see THE icon of the game overworked to the bone and not given much talent around him. martin brodeur is a guy you see come around once every 20 years and he and mariano rivera of the yankees are the two most dominant athletes in ny/nj sports the past 20 years period. he's the only goalie i've ever wanted to have play for my habs. the guy is still no.1 in my mind no matter the outcome of this series with the blueshirts.... |

just wanted to say how proud i am of my les canadiens du montreal.
the game 4 1-0 victory is proof positive it is sometimes better to be lucky than good because the habs were certainly lucky to win that game.
tonight is big i will be at the yankee game but, i can only imagine how out of hand it will be at the bell centre those fans are waiting to blow the roof of that place for our guys who have made us so proud!!!

first team to clinch a playoff berth in the eastern conference, best offense in the NHL, beat the senators and score 7 on them last night and looking to win the northwest division. not too bad i must say! as for the whole number one team in the eastern conference i am not to thrilled about. i see it being more of having a target on your back rather than being a good thing especially since the canadiens are a much better road team than a home team.

the cruise was great and the thing that made it so great was the friends i spent it with. they are all great and in talking with them i can tell you that i am truly very lucky to not only have the quality of friends i have but, the amount as well. this is speaking of the people who are on the cruise and to those who couldn't make it.
i think it really speaks volumes of the friends i have that when i go out with them or just sit around and hangout with them no place special it's never a boring or dull time. i always have a lot of fun.....
i leave this post saying thanks a lot to all my friends who could make it on the cruise it was definitely a blast i expected nothing less..... |

ok, so some of you had noticed that i have been in the best shape of my life and put on some muscle. the ways i have done it is by buying a new heavier weight set, but more importantly i have stepped up my cardio big time. i bike 12 miles a week now and do 270 crunches 3 days a week. also cut down on the sugar big time and rarley ever snack between meals. i also drink a glass of ovaltine (with skim milk) and 8 glasses of water per day.
now here's the question. i would like to get a little more built muslce wise and was thinking of trying ensure. here's the question:
can i drink a glass of skim milk and a small bottle of ovaltine a day and not blow up like a blimp?
or should i just drink about 3 ensure bottles a week rather than have one daily?
any and all input would be greatly appreciated! thanks! |

well,i went for the interview today and it looks like i am interning for the marketing and promotions department @ WFAS in the fall. i have to call them in the beginning of next month to set up schedule and orientation and stuff.....they also told me they could get me some time in the on air studio as well......suffice to say i am quite pleased! |

roberto luongo sets a new nhl record last night making 72 that's right 72 saves in the canucks quadruple overtime win. the game last 137 plus minutes the eqivalent to almost two and quarter hockey games. listen, i have laways loved luongo and thought if you put a decent team in front of him he could steal a sereis or even a stanley cup. but, to to do this in his first playoff game ever this is unreal! what a classic last night! |
